Can I have items purchased from an online store and shipped from outside Japan delivered to the Rakuten Global Express warehouse?

We regret to inform you that if your purchased item is being shipped from outside of Japan, it may not be possible to receive it at a Rakuten Global Express warehouse due to customs procedures and potential tariffs.

Please be advised that we are generally unable to provide support for import customs clearance procedures at Japanese customs or advance payment of tariffs for items shipped from overseas.

In recent years, there has been an increase in cases where items purchased through Japanese online store are shipped from overseas locations such as South Korea or China. We kindly request that you refrain from purchasing products that are shipped from overseas whenever possible.
