What should I do if I want to forward domestically an item I sent to the warehouse, instead of shipping it overseas?
Please contact customer support with the address, phone number, and addressee name of the domestic forwarding destination. (If the destination is a hotel, please also provide the expected dates of stay.) Please note that a domestic forwarding fee of ¥1,000 will be incurred, in addition to the delivery fee.
