Listed are some questions we often receive from customers.
Is there a way to check whether or not I am entered into the point campaign?
Within the entry period: After clicking the 'Entry Button' on the campaign page, if it says 'Entry Complete,' this means that you have already been entered into the campaign. (Please note that if you do not meet the campaign entry conditions, clicking the Entry Button will display a message saying 'Unable to Enter.')
After the entry period: Your entry can be confirmed from the prize shipment date onwards. If you have any issues, we kindly request that you contact customer support to confirm your entry.
