Do you charge me a storage fee if I keep my item at the Rakuten Global Express warehouse?
Retention is a part of our delivery services, so we will not charge you a storage fee. We will keep your item for a month in principle. If we keep your item for longer than a month, and you don’t give us any instructions, then we will discard your item and charge an applicable fee. We would be grateful if you could give us instructions as early as possible.
