Rakuten Global Express is an international shipping service for items purchased on Rakuten Ichiba and other Japanese online stores, which combines items at our warehouse in Japan and then ship overseas.
If you want to purchase items from a shop(or store) that does not support international shipping, or if you want to save on shipping costs by combining items purchased from multiple shops into one, Rakuten Global Express is here to help you.

Sign Up
Sign up with Rakuten ID to get your personal address in Japan.
* Identity verification is required to use the service.

Shopping
Shop at your favorite online stores in Japan. Please put your personal Japanese address for shipping.
* You can also purchase from online stores other than Rakuten Ichiba.

Domestic Shipping
The items will be shipped from each online store to Rakuten Global Express warehouse.
You will receive an email notification when your item arrives. -
International shipping
When you receive the notification email, please submit packing and shipping request.
If you select the fastest shipping method, the product will be delivered in 1-3 days after dispatch.* Delivery time varies depending on the destination and delivery method.
