Rakuten Global Express is Rakuten’s official forwarding service providing international shipping for goods purchased on Japanese e-commerce websites.We will combine shipments free of charge so that you can shop from all of your favorite Rakuten Ichiba merchants and still save. You can send as many items as you want - even just one item!
2 easy steps to international shipping
1. Shop online using your own personal forwarding address.
2. Then tell us on how you want to ship and save.
Select Auto Pack & Auto Ship mode and there will be no hassle in telling us how and when you want your packages. Once the packages arrive at our warehouse from Rakuten Ichiba merchants, we will ship out right away.

Steps to start using Rakuten Global Express (for first time users)
Log in with your Rakuten ID
Already a Rakuten member? You can start using Rakuten Global Express right away. If you are not a member, please register here.
Get your personal RGX address
Shop at stores in Japan and use your personal RGX address as the shipping destination so that we can combine all your orders.
ID Verification
Following the Act on Prevention of Transfer of Criminal Proceeds law, we are required to verify your identification. Please submit the required documents.

Packing Request on Rakuten Global Express
The items delivered to your storage box will be displayed on My Page.
Please submit a packaging request.
If you select Auto Pack & Auto Ship mode in advance, you can have your items automatically packaged and shipped immediately after they arrive at your storage box.
Shipping Request on Rakuten Global Express
Once you have finished packing your items, please request shipping from your Rakuten Global Express My Page.
You can choose your preferred shipping method based on delivery times, prices, and services.
Select Auto Pack & Auto Ship mode and there will be no hassle in telling us how and when you want your packages. Once the packages arrive at our warehouse from Rakuten Ichiba merchants, we will ship out right away.
Payment
You can pay using your registered credit card on Rakuten Ichiba or using Rakuten Points.
