Items that cannot be delivered to France

Food and beverages (incl. alcoholic drinks) Food, supplements, pet food, and alcoholic beverages require prior application and permission and are not accepted for shipment.
Cosmetics Cosmetics (foundation, mascara, lipstick, etc.) require prior application and permission and are not accepted for shipment.
Pharmaceuticals and hygiene products We do not offer shipping for pharmaceuticals.
Electrical Appliances •There are restrictions for products containing lithium batteries, regarding the type (lithium ion, lithium metal) and quantity (max. 2 per package).
• Products containing nickel are not accepted for shipment.
Cleaners and washing liquids A SDS may be required for liquids.
Leather and brand goods A quarantine inspection certificate may be required for leather goods.
Other products of note The CE marking may need to be checked.

Items that cannot be delivered to France

Food and beverages (incl. alcoholic drinks) • Canned vegetables, plums, or fish are not accepted for shipment unless the name of the country of manufacture is clearly written in Roman letters in the center of either the lid or bottom of the can and also in one other place on the can (which does not contain any kind of label).
• Foods, beverages, and supplements for health or beauty purposes must have a certified copy of the import license or sales license issued by Agence française de sécurité sanitaire des produits santé (A.F.S.S.A.P.S.).
• Grape juice drinks, grape juice, and all alcohol made from grapes must comply with the conditions set by the relevant agencies in the destination country.
Pharmaceuticals and hygiene products • Contraceptive items, medicines, and other devices deemed to have contraceptive properties must be approved by the Ministry of Public Health in the destination country.
• Pharmaceuticals must be accompanied by a permit issued by the following relevant authorities in the destination country.
Relevant authority for general pharmaceutical products: Agence du medicament 143 145, Boulevard Anatole France 93200 Saint Denis
Biological items (for livestock or veterinary purposes): Ministere charge de l'Agriculture Direction generale de l'Alimentation 175, rue du chevaleret 75013 Paris

・Infant nursing devices with tubes. Shipments of baby pacifiers that do not have a manufacturer's or distributor's trademark and that are not labeled as being made of pure rubber are not accepted for shipment.
Electrical Appliances There are restrictions for products containing lithium batteries, regarding the type (lithium ion, lithium metal) and quantity (max. 2 per package).
Precious stones and metals We do not offer shipping for high value items or accessories which include precious metals, etc.
Other goods Measurement devices must have the permission of the administrative bureau responsible for the management of measurement devices (Service des instruments de mesure) in the destination country
Thermometers, alcohol meters, hydrometers, and atmospheric thermometers will be inspected in the destination country and may be returned depending on the result of the inspection
