Items that cannot be delivered to Guam

Food and beverages (incl. alcoholic drinks)

・ We cannot import milk or dairy products from Fukushima, Tochigi, Iwate, Miyagi or Gunma prefectures.
・ Other products from the five prefectures listed above, as well as food products from other prefectures, may be subject to a sample test.
・ There are several detailed regulations surrounding mushroom-based products, regarding specific production areas and items.
・ We cannot import processed food products containing meat extracts.
・ We do not accept shipping orders for alcoholic products.

Pharmaceuticals and hygiene products

・ Pharmaceuticals, contact lens etc may be subject to tax if the quantity shipped exceeds that for individual use (generally 3 months worth).
・ We do not accept shipping orders for contraceptives.

Electrical Appliances

We cannot accept requests for shipping products containing lithium batteries.

Leather and brand goods

Orders for shipments of furs and leathers from the former Soviet Union or mainland China will not be accepted.

tobacco products

Orders for shipments of tobacco, rolling tobacco, and smokeless tobacco will not be accepted.

Other products of note

・ Small shipments under 2500 USD are treated as informal entries and simple customs clearance procedures apply.
・ The minimum taxable amount for personally imported goods is 800 USD.
