(1) Send the Campaign Referral URL.

*The referring person (Referrer) needs to be a Rakuten Global Express member.

*If the invited person (Invitee) receives a referral from multiple persons, access via the URL sent by the most recent referring person (Referrer) will be eligible.

*If the referral was sent by the referring person (Referrer) prior to the campaign period stated above, the referring person (Referrer) will still be eligible for the reward if the invited person (Invitee) meets conditions (2) and (3) within the campaign period.

*Accessing the Friend Referral Campaign Page once more will generate a new Customer URL, but URLs generated previously will still be valid.

*The referring person (Referrer) themself cannot be the invited person (Invitee).

Click on the link received as Campaign Referral URL and register as Rakuten Global Express member.

(3) Complete the identity verification procedure.

The coupon can be obtained from My Page after fulfilling all conditions (2) and (3) of the campaign conditions within the campaign period stated above.

*In order to use the coupon, please make sure to obtain the coupon from My Page within the validity period.

The following two conditions apply to the use of the international shipping coupon.

1) The coupon must be used for one of the first 2,000 shipments

2) The shipment to which this coupon is applied must be once per person.

- This international shipping coupon can only be used at the time of payment at Rakuten Global Express.

- Please see here for how to use coupons.

*If the number of shipments to which the coupon can be applied has reached the maximum number of times the coupon can be used, the coupon cannot be used even if already acquired and will also not be shown on the payment screen.

*Please note that the shipments to which the coupon is applied are on first-come basis.

- Coupons cannot be reissued for any reason, and discounts can also not be applied outside of the campaign conditions.

To customers with automatic shipment settings

Customers who have their shipping method set to Automatic cannot use the coupon. Customers who have set the shipping method to Automatic and wish to use the coupon will need to change the setting to Manual Shipping on My Page before submitting the packing request.

- The international shipping coupon can only be used for orders where the address of a Rakuten Global Express warehouse (purchase address) is given as delivery address at the time of order.

- Any other cases deemed to be fraudulent by Rakuten will be not be eligible for the campaign.

- We use cookies to identify whether a referral is from the referring person (Referrer). This identification may not be possible if the invited person (Invitee) has deactivated cookies, cleared their browser cache, let too much time pass since viewing the referral URL, used a different browser for registrations, or for other reasons. Please note that in such a case, no points can be awarded to either the referring person (Referrer) or the invited person (Invitee).

- We reserve the right to change the method of issuing the Customer Referral URL in the future. In such case, we may invalidate previously issued URLs.

- Rakuten Marketing (previously LinkShare) publishers are excluded from participation in this campaign.

- We will not provide information on the status of registration or name of any invited persons (Invitees) to the referring persons (Referrer).

- Please note that no points can be awarded to either the referring person (Referrer) or the invited person (Invitee) if the invited person (Invitee) has already completed Rakuten Global Express member registration, even if identity verification has not yet been completed.

- We reserve the right to share purchase data with the operating companies of the service in question.

- We reserve the right to discontinue or change the contents of this campaign without prior notice.

- The Japanese and English version of the stipulations of this campaign will be considered as official version.

- Shipping charge is exempt from taxation.

- Upon arrival in the destination country or region, applicable customs, import duties and taxes may be charged. Please note that the customer is required to bear these charges.
