Do you charge me a storage fee if I keep my item at the Rakuten Global Express warehouse?
As a general rule, we can keep your item for a month for free. If there is no instruction to ship an item that we keep for over one month, we will discard your item and charge an applicable fee. Please give us your instructions as early as possible
