How long will you keep my item after you receive it? If the storage period is over, what will happen to my item?

We will keep your item for a month in principle. If we keep your item for longer than a month, and you don’t give us any instructions, then we will discard your item and charge an applicable fee. We would be grateful if you could give us instructions as early as possible.
